Role Overview

As a Senior Manager within EY MENA's Digital Risk Consulting practice, you will join senior leaders collaborating across MENA offices to serve diverse clients. Your focus will be on driving account-centric strategies that address specific client challenges and competency requirements, thereby differentiating EY in the consulting marketplace. Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on evaluating and strengthening their business by managing risks stemming from rapid technology advances and their impact on business and operational processes.
• Leverage a strong internal network along with EY's intellectual property and lessons learned to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate across client teams and EY account partners to provide Digital Risk guidance and actively participate in business development initiatives across industry sectors.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a reliable advisor on digital risk matters.

• Expertise in guiding and performing assessments related to complex technology risks and specialized issues affecting clients.
• Comprehensive understanding of emerging technologies, information systems, and relevant business/industry contexts.
• Effective management of client relationships, delivering engagements successfully with timely closure and collections.
• Strong project management and leadership skills with ability to inspire teams and utilize current technologies to enhance service delivery.
• Commitment to coaching and developing team members by fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Proactive approach to identifying and managing business growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven successful track record in the MENA/GCC region with noteworthy clients and sector experience.
• Master's degree preferred in computer science, information systems, business, accounting, finance, or related fields, supplemented by IT qualifications.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in IT risk consulting within professional services, public accounting, or relevant senior roles in technology, financial services, telecom, or similar sectors.
• Experience areas may include Digital Risk Management, Business Continuity, IT Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, Third Party Risk, Technology Compliance, Mobile and Emerging Technologies (Robotics, IoT, Cloud, Blockchain), ERP controls (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics), Technical Controls for IT Systems and Networks, Data Analytics, IT/Business Process Controls, IT/IS Internal Audit, or Third-Party Reporting.
• Strong project and team leadership skills, alongside excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel to meet client demands.
• Certifications such as CISA, CBCP, CISSP, IRM, CISM, and CIA are highly desirable, though other relevant credentials are considered based on background.
