Senior Manager, Digital IT and Transformation - Qatarization

Role Purpose

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager specializing in Digital IT and Transformation to spearhead enterprise-wide digital initiatives aimed at improving business outcomes, enhancing customer experience, and optimizing operations through innovative technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the execution of the company's digital transformation strategy.
• Develop and deploy innovative digital solutions that streamline business workflows and service delivery.
• Drive initiatives involving automation, digitalization, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify challenges and convert them into technology-enabled resolutions.
• Manage comprehensive digital transformation programs from conceptualization to implementation and ongoing user engagement.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure effective adoption of digital platforms by users.
• Assess and implement new technologies that deliver measurable commercial benefits.
• Establish governance structures to oversee digital projects and technology investments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Brings at least 10 years of experience in IT, digital solutions, digital transformation, or technology consulting.
• Demonstrates proven success in managing large-scale digital transformation and modernization projects.
• Experienced in delivering digital platforms, process automation, enterprise applications, cloud-based solutions, and customer-centric technologies.
• Possesses a deep understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, data analytics, automation, and digital innovation.
• Skilled at leading multi-disciplinary teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Exhibits strong strategic planning, communication, and change leadership capabilities.
