Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a skilled and visionary Senior Manager to head its cybersecurity risk management efforts amidst a dynamic digital environment. The role demands leadership in formulating and executing a resilient cybersecurity risk management strategy that both protects company assets and complies with relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a robust cybersecurity risk management framework customized to align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive risk and vulnerability assessments to detect potential threats and system exposures.
• Manage the continual development and updating of the cybersecurity risk register, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of risks and their mitigation.
• Collaborate closely with IT, legal, and compliance departments to align cybersecurity initiatives with the broader enterprise risk management plan.
• Lead the roll-out and delivery of educational programs to raise employee awareness regarding their cybersecurity responsibilities.
• Present detailed cybersecurity risk and compliance reports to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor evolving cybersecurity threats and trends to provide strategic recommendations for updating risk management approaches.
• Guide and mentor the cybersecurity risk management team to foster professional development and enhance technical expertise.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of seven years in cybersecurity risk management or associated roles, with proven leadership experience.
• In-depth familiarity with cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and methodologies such as NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT.
• Advanced skills in risk evaluation techniques and mitigation planning.
• Professional certifications like CISSP, CRMP, or equivalents are strongly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication capabilities.
• A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to address complex cybersecurity challenges strategically.
