Role Summary

As a Senior Machine Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of production machinery to ensure optimal productivity, minimal downtime, and high-quality output. This role involves advanced repair, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and process improvements within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and operational reliability of production equipment to support manufacturing output and quality standards.
• Perform complex troubleshooting, repairs, setup, type conversions, tool calibration, and equipment fine-tuning.
• Lead maintenance activities and provide mentorship to junior technicians.
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts and contribute ideas towards process enhancements.
• Support engineers in complex technical tasks and data analysis for equipment improvements.
• Ensure adherence to standards including CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S, and cleanroom protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and shift handovers for equipment maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent technical certification.
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant technical experience in equipment maintenance.
• Proficiency with computer applications such as MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Skills and Competencies

• Ability to independently follow instructions and execute maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, consistently effective in equipment repair, type conversions, and preventive maintenance.
• Level 2 troubleshooting expertise in at least one major equipment type.
• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and deadline management capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to mentor others.
