Job Overview

This role, based remotely within Mumbai, sits within the Product Strategy team which focuses on identifying and pursuing both immediate and long-term opportunities in the developer market and product lines to drive revenue growth. The Senior Lead will help shape the company's vision with data-backed strategic planning and hypothesis formulation.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive market research and analysis to uncover trends, competitive insights, and customer requirements, using data to craft strategies that increase product revenue and market position.
• Lead high-impact projects or segments related to BrowserStack’s product strategy, delivering recommendations directly to the Executive Committee.
• Prioritize and manage complex product challenges influencing long-term monetization and commercial strategies producing measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate intensively with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of strategic initiatives.
• Own full lifecycle of strategy projects from ideation through execution to performance evaluation, focusing on delivering measurable financial benefits.
• Operate autonomously within a complex and occasionally ambiguous business context, providing rigorously researched recommendations to senior leadership and management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience with at least 2 years in product management, product growth, or strategy roles.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytic capabilities, and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate visionary ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Established connections within the developer or SaaS ecosystems and up-to-date awareness of competitive and market dynamics that inform product strategies.
• Excellent communication prowess and executive presence, fostering natural collaboration.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and engaging with stakeholders across multiple seniority levels in a global, matrixed environment.
• Proven leadership qualities evident in team management, client engagement, and partnership with internal and external parties.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multifaceted projects involving diverse stakeholders at various organizational tiers.
