Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to become a valuable part of our team located in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. This role entails the creation and upkeep of robust, efficient Java applications while also mentoring less experienced developers and working alongside various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, enhance, and maintain reliable and scalable Java software solutions.
• Engage in every stage of the software development lifecycle to ensure proper execution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and implement new application features.
• Diagnose and rectify issues in applications to improve performance.
• Lead code reviews, enforcing coding standards and best practices.
• Provide mentorship and technical direction to junior development staff.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and emerging programming technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive experience (10 to 15 years) in Java programming and application development.
• Strong command of Java, including frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Thorough knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with database systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
• Proficient with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and platforms like JIRA and Confluence.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and capability to work collaboratively.
