Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with 8 to 10 years of expertise to join our energetic team based in India. The selected professional will be tasked with designing, developing, and maintaining Java applications while working closely with various teams to deliver high-quality software products with optimal performance and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and support Java applications.
- Engage with cross-disciplinary teams to conceptualize and implement new functionality.
- Diagnose and resolve issues impacting application performance and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices.
- Create and update documentation related to software systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in Java programming and related frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and web services.
- Familiarity with databases including MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
- Experience using version control tools like Git.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in team environments.
