Senior iOS Developer

Overview

We are seeking a Senior iOS Developer to take charge of the design, development, and upkeep of sophisticated iOS applications. This role involves partnering with diverse teams to deliver efficient, high-quality, and user-centric mobile apps while promoting technical innovation and excellence throughout all stages of development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and enhancement of complex iOS apps leveraging Swift and Objective-C.
• Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to specify, design, and launch new functionalities.
• Maintain optimal app performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Analyze and resolve technical challenges, including troubleshooting and bug fixes.
• Ensure codebase quality, scalability, and maintain automation processes.
• Engage in code reviews and uphold best development practices.
• Offer mentorship and technical leadership to junior development team members.
• Conduct design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable iOS apps.
• Coordinate with product owners, designers, and backend developers to achieve smooth user experiences.
• Improve app speed, scalability, and reliability through optimization.
• Integrate and maintain RESTful APIs effectively.
• Contribute to continuous integration and deployment workflows and manage release cycles.
• Stay informed about emerging mobile development technologies and trends.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent fields.
• Between 8 to 10 years of experience in professional iOS app development roles.
• Expertise in Swift and Objective-C programming languages.
• Deep knowledge of iOS frameworks such as UIKit, CoreData, and CoreAnimation.
• Experience handling offline data storage, multithreading, and performance enhancements.
• Familiarity with RESTful API usage and backend integrations.
• Good understanding of Apple's design standards and UI guidelines.
• Proficient with Git version control systems.
• Experience using performance and memory profiling tools like Instruments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD implementation and deployment best practices.
• Strong analytical aptitude, problem-solving capabilities, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration attitude.
