About the Role

Design Cafe invites applications for the position of Senior Interior Designer based in Hyderabad, especially for the Kompally area. Candidates with a minimum of three years of professional experience, particularly in modular residential interiors, are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage closely with clients through meetings and discussions to thoroughly understand and fulfill their design requirements and expectations.
• Develop sketches, detailed drawings, and floor plans to convey design ideas and final concepts, utilizing computer-aided design software and manual drafting techniques.
• Create visual idea boards to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Apply profound knowledge of design principles and exhibit creativity, innovation, and a keen aesthetic sense.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience managing residential interior projects with a focus on modular designs.
• Educational qualifications including a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and client relationships independently.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Google SketchUp to produce quality design outputs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to clearly articulate complex design ideas.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is essential.

Educational and Technical Qualifications

• Diploma (2-3 years) in Interior Designing or related field.
• Degree qualifications such as Bachelor of Architecture or Civil Engineering are advantageous.
• Technical abilities in key design software including AutoCAD and Google SketchUp.
