Role Overview

The BEACON RED team is looking for a Senior Intelligence Analyst to strengthen its investigative analysis capabilities focused on law enforcement intelligence training and capacity-building initiatives. This role involves providing analytical and instructional leadership across multiple departments, supporting projects such as internal corporate investigations, supply chain integrity efforts, and strategic intelligence objectives aligned with EDGE's governance, compliance, and national security mandates.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a variety of analytical projects, including internal and supply chain investigations, compliance assessments, complex case evaluations, as well as threat and vulnerability analyses.
• Deliver outputs that are methodologically sound, operationally applicable, and consistent with national security council (NSC) governance standards and strategic priorities.
• Guide multidisciplinary analytical teams to produce incisive intelligence reports and assessments that address operational and strategic needs.
• Collaborate with senior executives, operational partners, and stakeholders to optimize analytical processes and represent BEACON RED in strategic discussions while ensuring adherence to EDGE’s governance, ethical guidelines, and data protection policies.
• Design and deliver specialist intelligence training programs as the senior subject matter expert, developing accredited curricula for UAE and international clientele. Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) and align curriculum development with national security priorities and UAE National Qualifications Commission (NQC) standards, incorporating scenario-based learning.
• Mentor and lead the training team to uphold high delivery standards, professional growth, and performance excellence among national analysts and instructors according to UAE NQC and EDGE Learning standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive experience in providing analytical intelligence support within criminal investigations.
• Capability to operate effectively in sensitive, high-trust environments and handle complex engagement with diverse stakeholders.
• Past full-time service as a Law Enforcement Officer specializing in Intelligence Analysis with formal training from a recognized Five Eyes (FVEY) agency.
• Excellent proficiency in English, with strong report writing skills and the ability to deliver presentations at the executive level.
• More than 10 years of law enforcement experience within an intelligence analysis function.
• Experience leading teams of analysts involved in complex, multi-jurisdictional organized crime investigations is advantageous.
