Senior Information Technology Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Information Technology Consultant with a strong background in digital advertising and technology industries. The ideal candidate will have relevant academic qualifications and extensive hands-on experience working with advertising technologies, web technologies, and APIs, capable of translating technical jargon into clear language for clients. This role is based onsite in Singapore under a contract employment arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply expertise in digital advertising and technology, leveraging 3+ years of professional experience.
• Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating complex solutions.
• Troubleshoot advertising-related technologies, including pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery mechanisms.
• Work proficiently with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP protocols.
• Manage and query databases using SQL and interface with RESTful APIs.
• Utilize AI tools to improve daily work productivity and ensure quality.
• Address and resolve issues with third-party website scripts and API request payloads.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is mandatory.
• Minimum of three years of experience in relevant digital advertising or technology roles.
• Demonstrated familiarity with the technology ecosystem and advertising technologies.
• Proven technical troubleshooting skills particularly related to advertising pixels and APIs.
• Experience with SQL and RESTful API troubleshooting is essential.
