Role Overview

The Senior In-Store Visual Merchandiser role is based in Miranda, NSW, with scheduled shifts Monday through Friday. The position focuses on enhancing customer engagement through dynamic visual merchandising that aligns with JD Sports' brand and commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design inspiring visual displays to elevate customer experiences in-store.
• Plan and implement creative concepts, including windows, mannequins, and campaigns, reflecting the brand vision.
• Introduce and execute innovative visual merchandising and creative solutions supporting store objectives.
• Coordinate promotional events and installations both internally and with third-party partners.
• Support the Store Manager in managing priorities such as campaign launches, stock control, visual merchandising, and in-store marketing.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 2-3 years of experience in a similar visual merchandising role within high-volume, large-format fashion retail.
• Preferably hold tertiary qualifications such as Certificate IV or Diploma in Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrate a passion for fashion with strong brand knowledge.
• Customer-focused mindset dedicated to enhancing the shopping experience.
• Exhibit critical thinking and commercial awareness to make impactful merchandising decisions driving sales.
• Strong time management skills, including prioritizing and delegating tasks effectively.
• Confident in communicating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Adaptable and positive in response to change due to rapid company growth.
