Job description
Role Overview
As a Senior Identity Management Engineer, you will be responsible for administering and ensuring the reliable operation of our core identity management system as well as driving its continuous enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the entire user lifecycle from onboarding, transfers, to offboarding, ensuring timely provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Implement and enhance IAM processes in close collaboration with the Human Capital Management department and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain integrations of source and target systems via existing interfaces to guarantee seamless system landscape integration.
- Contribute actively to IT security by securing identities and supporting the advancement of protective measures against cyber threats.
Qualifications and Experience
- Several years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management, preferably within a complex IT environment.
- Strong expertise in managing, configuring, and operating IDM or IAM platforms.
- Experience participating in or leading IT or identity management projects is advantageous and aids in structured execution of processes.
- Analytical and organized working style with a solid understanding of both technical and business contexts.
- Fluency in German and good command of English to facilitate confident communication in daily work.
