Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide support for identity and authentication management systems including ForgeRock and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations involving Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OpenID Connect (OIDC), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML 2.0), and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) for enterprise-level applications.
- Assist in onboarding applications and transitioning them smoothly across various identity management platforms.
- Automate routine operational tasks, deployment processes, and testing scenarios by utilizing Java, Python, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Monitor and troubleshoot identity infrastructure components to sustain high availability, optimal security, and reliable performance.
- Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to swiftly resolve issues, enhance platform stability, and ensure adherence to prevailing security policies and standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Practical experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies and authentication protocols.
- Familiarity with ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), SSO, MFA, OIDC, and SAML frameworks.
- Hands-on skills in scripting and automation using Java and Python.
- Understanding of DevOps culture, including CI/CD processes as well as monitoring and observability tools.
- Strong analytical capabilities along with effective troubleshooting and excellent communication skills.
