Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Proven experience at Senior Consultant level or higher with strong technical depth and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• History of mentoring, delegating, and managing outcomes beyond personal deliverables.
• Commercial acumen to identify and confidently convert business opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Permanent residency in Australia and commitment to long-term residence and development of Townsville.
