About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior HVAC Technician with substantial experience in maintaining HVAC systems, specifically within the Oil & Gas sector. This full-time onsite position requires immediate joiners preferably. The technician will be in charge of ensuring HVAC equipment runs reliably and efficiently through routine maintenance and timely repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive, corrective, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance on various HVAC systems and components.
- Effectively diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults in HVAC systems.
- Maintain and service equipment such as chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), package units, split AC systems, ventilation and exhaust systems, pumps, compressors, and related control systems.
- Perform routine inspections to detect and prevent potential equipment failures before they occur.
- Assist in planned shutdowns and scheduled maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all HVAC equipment functions safely, efficiently, and complies with operational requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of five years' practical experience in HVAC maintenance.
- At least two years of hands-on experience specifically within the Oil & Gas industry is required.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, including their operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated capability in performing all types of maintenance: corrective, preventive, breakdown, and shutdown.
- Proficiency in diagnosing both mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC equipment.
