Position Overview

The Senior Human Resources Specialist will oversee complete HR operations for the Lucknow office. This full-time, on-location role encompasses recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, employee engagement, HR policy formation, administering compensation and benefits, and adherence to labor laws and company standards. The role demands providing managerial guidance on HR practices, managing employee relations and conflicts, maintaining precise HR documentation, facilitating training and development programs, and participating in strategic HR planning aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in core Human Resources functions, including HR management skills.
• Proficiency in developing and managing HR policies and employee benefits administration.
• Strong capabilities in personnel management such as employee relations, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Prior exposure to technology or software development sectors is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving aptitude, and organizational skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Knowledgeable about Indian labor laws and HR compliance standards.
