Role Overview
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in delivering expert HR consulting services tailored to business needs. This position involves collaborating closely with organizational leaders to build a compelling people infrastructure and culture that attracts, motivates, and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities
The HRBP is responsible for driving a spectrum of HR initiatives including talent management, employee engagement, performance appraisal processes, workforce planning, and ensuring adherence to compliance requirements. They serve as a strategic liaison, influencing and integrating HR solutions such as talent acquisition, shared HR services, learning and development, benefits, compensation, and statutory compliance through the HR Centres of Excellence.
Additional Responsibilities
Implementing and managing company-wide people policies and HR programs to support organizational goals also forms an essential part of this role.
