Role Overview

Join the Corporate Functions - Performance & Reward team to help create an engaging and motivating work environment. This team develops concepts and programs related to career development, benefits, recognition, and performance-based compensation. Contribute to our collective success as a Senior HR Data Analytics Expert.

Locations

Available in multiple cities including Düsseldorf, Berlin, Dresden, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Hannover, Cologne, Leipzig, Magdeburg, Mannheim, Munich, Nuremberg, and Stuttgart.

Key Responsibilities

• Design appropriate algorithms and models to process critical decision-making data and create customized dashboards using modern business intelligence tools.
• Validate hypotheses by identifying patterns and relationships within datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop reporting and analytical tools.
• Present findings in a structured format tailored to various target groups and reporting needs.
• Independently identify and establish processes to enhance the entire value chain and employee engagement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Physics with a focus on statistics or data analytics, or a related qualification.
• Preferably some professional experience in analytics and/or project management.
• Comfortable handling large datasets within a highly confidential environment.
• Basic to intermediate programming skills in R, Python, SQL, or similar languages, along with experience in BI tools such as Qlik, Sense, or Power BI.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and a strong commitment to high-quality work output.
