Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer based in Mumbai to spearhead creative design quality, apply strategic thinking, and produce powerful visual communications incorporating contemporary AI-enhanced design processes.

Key Duties

• Lead and guide the graphic design team effectively.
• Create innovative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, and digital content.
• Convert business goals into clear and striking visual messages.
• Ensure consistent brand representation for both client and internal projects.
• Partner with marketing, content, and strategic teams for cohesive outputs.
• Conduct research on competitive landscapes, industries, and new design trends.
• Incorporate AI-based tools to boost creative efficiency and output quality.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 3 to 4 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within an agency setting.
• Strong skills in typography, branding, layout composition, and color theory.
• Capability to independently shape creative directions and justify design decisions.
• Experience mentoring junior designers is beneficial.
• Enthusiastic about integrating AI-driven workflows while maintaining high design standards.

Technical Tools

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Figma and Canva
• AI Creative Software: Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, among others
