Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer responsible for crafting clear concepts and ideas collaboratively with copywriters, visually bringing these ideas to life through sketches, storyboards, and rough drafts. This role demands cooperation with the creative team across multiple media and ownership of projects from initial concepts through to deadline-driven final executions. The position includes managing and delegating tasks to junior designers while providing guidance and direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with copywriters to develop and present clear visual concepts.
• Create visual representations including sketches, storyboards, and rough drafts to communicate ideas effectively.
• Coordinate with the creative team to produce consistent outputs across various media platforms.
• Drive projects from concept stages to finalized versions within established deadlines.
• Oversee and assign responsibilities to other designers, guiding their work.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional experience as a Visualizer with strong portfolio showcasing graphic design capabilities.
• Expertise in logo design, typography, color theory, web layout, print media production, image curation, and packaging design.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design and wire-framing software.
• Ability to effectively incorporate constructive feedback and provide clear direction.
• Excellent teamwork skills along with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Relevant educational background or formal training in design.
• Practical knowledge of print production workflows and artwork finalization processes.
