- Maintain an organized and accessible asset library for the creative team and wider stakeholders.
- Proactively flag creative risks or production issues to leadership early on.
- Explore emerging creative trends, AI tools, and technologies to boost quality and efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative and positive creative culture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in graphic design within fast-paced retail, direct-to-consumer, lifestyle brands or agency roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thought and polished visual execution.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
- Excellent grasp of typography, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience designing integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to prioritize and handle competing deadlines.
- Data-informed decision-maker who leverages campaign performance to improve creative approaches.
- Confident communicator who can articulate creative concepts and collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Curious, commercially aware, and proactive about enhancing creative quality.
Perks & Benefits
- Hybrid work model with approximately three days per week in the Alexandria office and flexibility to work from home.
- Generous leave options including volunteer days, parental leave, and Koala-specific life leaves supporting work-life balance.
