Role Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer will oversee the creation and upkeep of HAIR RAP BY YOYO's visual branding across both digital and print mediums. Daily responsibilities include designing visuals for social media channels, marketing collateral, in-salon signage, and promotional campaigns. This position entails crafting and perfecting logos and brand assets, as well as producing captivating designs that embody the salon's creative ethos. Collaboration with salon leadership and marketing teams is essential to translate ideas into refined visuals, ensuring brand consistency throughout all platforms.

This position is a full-time commitment based on-site in Ahmedabad, requiring consistent involvement within the salon to authentically represent the brand's aesthetics and client experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in graphic design with the capacity to craft engaging content for digital and printed materials.
• Experience in logo creation and brand identity development to maintain cohesive visual branding.
• Proficient skills in typography and layout design with meticulous attention to readability and presentation.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or similar tools.
• Between 3 to 5 years of professional design experience, ideally within the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or allied creative sectors.
• A strong portfolio reflecting originality, creativity, and harmony with high-end or innovative brands.
• Capability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, manage multiple design projects, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related disciplines is preferred.
