Role Overview

This position offers a blend of hands-on technical work and emerging leadership duties, including mentoring junior engineers and directing medium to complex technical projects. The role requires significant autonomy to transform complex business requirements into scalable and elegant technical solutions for global enterprise clients, while influencing technical strategy. Collaboration with cross-functional teams spanning Product, Design, QA, and Data is vital to bridging individual contribution with leadership responsibilities and preparing for senior technical leadership advancement.

Responsibilities and Expertise

• Lead and execute full-stack development with a strong emphasis on backend C# (.NET Framework / .NET Core), RESTful API creation, and frontend development using TypeScript and Angular.
• Develop and maintain shared UI component libraries ensuring optimal performance, accessibility compliance, and compatibility across browsers.
• Manage cloud deployments leveraging Azure PaaS and Web App services, and maintain source control through GitHub integrated with automated build systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement automated testing, adhere to QA and secure coding best practices, and operate efficiently within Agile methodologies.
• Integrate AI-based coding assistants and tools into daily development to boost productivity and quality.
• Engage proactively with customers and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and iteratively enhance solutions.
• Own projects from initiation through delivery, anticipate and address technical and project risks early, and place user outcomes and usability at the forefront of development.
• Drive innovation using modern technology stacks and AI tools, emphasizing features that maximize return on investment and customer satisfaction.
