The platform integrates reservations, guest communications, pricing, payments, cleaning, maintenance, and reporting into a unified system that reduces manual effort, cuts costs, boosts revenues, and aids portfolio growth.

Role Overview

We invite an ambitious Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer to translate real-world customer challenges into dependable and user-friendly software. This role involves close collaboration with founders, designers, and operators to identify critical issues, construct effective solutions, and enhance them based on user interaction.

Responsibilities

Engage directly with property managers and internal teams to grasp their workflows, spot pain points, and prioritize key problems to solve.
Lead the end-to-end development of features, covering frontend, backend, integration, testing, and deployment, ensuring ownership over user experience and system performance.
Collaborate with designers to simplify complex short-term rental operations, developing interfaces that enable users to accomplish tasks efficiently and confidently.
Design and implement event-driven automation workflows to eliminate repetitive manual tasks, such as scheduling cleanings, sending check-in instructions, and producing owner statements.
Develop AI-powered functionalities using large language models and AI agents to automate guest communications, triage maintenance issues, assist pricing, and optimize portfolio management.
Create robust APIs and integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, and Google, connecting the broader short-term rental ecosystem.
Solve operational challenges including real-time reservation synchronization, dynamic pricing, smart lock management, guest communications, check-in journeys, forecasting, automation of cleaning and maintenance processes, financial reporting, and AI-driven monitoring and alerts.
Regularly evaluate and improve features based on customer insights, product usage data, time savings, error reduction, and overall user outcomes.
Make strategic technical decisions balancing speed, maintainability, security, and reliability to support the platform's growth in users and properties.

Candidate Profile

Proven track record in building and delivering production-ready software.
Competence working across frontend and backend platforms.
Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, or comparable technologies.
Strong understanding of APIs, databases, integration techniques, and cloud infrastructure.
A product-oriented mindset with a curiosity about end-user needs.
Ability to make balanced decisions regarding usability, scope, and technical trade-offs.
Capability to translate ambiguous problems into workable solutions.
