About the Role
AutoData Middle East, a subsidiary of World Automotive Group (WAG), is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their Product & Engineering team based in Dubai, UAE. The candidate will play a vital role in advancing DealRevs, an automotive intelligence and dealer performance platform, supporting the automotive sector across the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance full-stack software solutions, particularly focusing on PHP and JavaScript frameworks.
- Lead architectural decisions and implement API integrations to improve platform functionality.
- Participate in cloud infrastructure management, especially on AWS environments.
- Adopt modern development practices including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Guide and mentor junior engineers to foster a collaborative engineering culture.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in software development with solid PHP expertise, preferably using Laravel framework.
- Proficient in frontend JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Demonstrated experience managing cloud infrastructure and AWS services.
- Skilled in API integrations and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Background or interest in AI, large language models (LLMs), and data-driven products is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills within engineering teams.
