Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features for North, the AI workspace platform.
• Develop autonomous agents capable of interacting with sensitive enterprise data.
• Write minimal, efficient code optimized for low-resource environments with strict deployment requirements.
• Address security and privacy challenges by innovating beyond standard libraries and tools.
• Work alongside researchers to transition cutting-edge AI models and techniques into production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience shipping full-stack code in production using Python and React.
• Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments with shifting priorities.
• Background working within both large corporations and startup companies.
• Strong coding skills and capability to troubleshoot and improve code across the entire stack.
• Experience building and deploying highly performant client- or server-side retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or agentic applications serving millions of users.
• Bonus: Passion for art and design with a creative approach; portfolio or public showcases such as GitHub are a plus.
