Our product suite includes comprehensive management systems for catering, laundry, human resources, AI chatbots, point-of-sale solutions, and diverse client web portals.
Role Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be pivotal in leading the development of Muzn's entire product line. This is a hands-on position where you will directly translate concepts into secure, scalable, and operational software.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, test, deploy, and maintain both web and desktop applications from start to finish.
- Operate seamlessly across the entire stack including frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and deployment processes.
- Create new products from the ground up while continually enhancing existing offerings.
- Design efficient database schemas with optimized queries to ensure high performance.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs alongside third-party service integrations.
- Manage application deployments, different environments, and provide production support.
- Diagnose complex technical issues and implement enduring solutions rather than temporary fixes.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, enforce security best practices, and follow robust engineering methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with founding members and the team to plan, prioritize, and execute deliverables.
Technical Stack
- Frontend: React, Vite, TypeScript, modern CSS and UI design
- Backend: Node.js with Fastify or Express, Python
- Database: PostgreSQL, Supabase, including SQL query optimization
- Desktop: Electron framework
- Infrastructure & Tooling: Docker, Git/GitHub, Linux environments, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment
- Content Management & E-commerce Platforms: WordPress, Shopify; capable of building, customizing, integrating, and maintaining client websites and online stores
- Additional technologies valued: Redis, BullMQ job queues, pgvector, and AI integration capabilities
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled and experienced full stack developer capable of independently managing the lifecycle of complex software projects, from initial codebase setup to live deployment. Essential qualities include:
- Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially debugging and system design.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of delivering results on schedule.
- Excited by dynamic startup environments and eager to take ownership and responsibility.
- Possess 2 to 5+ years of practical and relevant development experience.

- Work schedule: Six-day workweek with Fridays off.
- Compensation: Monthly salary range ₹18,000 to ₹28,000 based on experience, plus commissions and profit shares.
