Role Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer at H2 Games, you will collaborate with product, creative, data, and engineering teams to transform ideas into actionable product capabilities. You will be involved in enhancing experimentation capabilities and driving long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve fundamental platform features spanning frontend and backend systems.
• Translate business needs into well-structured data models, APIs, and technical solutions.
• Create robust backend services emphasizing data security, reliability, and scalability.
• Embed AI functionalities within product workflows ensuring results are transparent, verifiable, and reversible.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to simplify complex features into user-friendly interfaces.
• Participate actively in technical discussions, perform code reviews, and contribute to engineering best practices to enhance delivery quality and speed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of three years of experience in full-stack or predominantly full-stack development including feature ownership from conceptualization to deployment.
• Strong foundation in computer science principles with expertise in system architecture design, coding, and debugging.
• Knowledge of modern web application structures and established engineering processes.
• Experience working with relational databases and object/file storage systems, including handling access rights and data segmentation.
• Well-developed product intuition to effectively balance technical constraints with business objectives.
• A keen interest in applying AI technologies practically and familiarity with AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity without compromising code quality, security, and dependability.
