Your Mission

As an E-Commerce Web Developer focusing on Shopify, you will play a crucial role in building and supporting the technical infrastructure of our online store. Your responsibilities will center around managing the Shopify Plus platform, including its system architecture, design, integration points, and continuous refinement. You will collaborate closely with product teams and others to elevate the online purchasing experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee and advance the e-commerce platform.
• Take ownership of the store’s architecture, theme customization, technological components, and tooling.
• Monitor performance, upkeep, and optimize the online shop.
• Ensure seamless integration with backend and internal systems.
• Coordinate with product teams to implement A/B testing and ongoing enhancements.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in computer science, e-commerce, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience working with Shopify Plus or comparable e-commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify configurations, themes, and applicable applications.
• Familiarity with UI/design principles or A/B testing tools is advantageous.
• A genuine enthusiasm for e-commerce and digital innovation.
• Analytical mindset with a practical, solution-driven approach.
• Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within teams.
• Proactive, dependable, and capable of meeting deadlines consistently.
• German language skills at B1 level preferred; proficiency in English is mandatory.
