Senior Floor Supervisor – Bar & F&B

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Floor Supervisor to join their team at Inorbit Mall, Hyderabad. This role focuses on overseeing bar and food & beverage operations to ensure exceptional service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on the food and beverage floor to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery.
• Manage team performance and enhance productivity through monitoring and guidance.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and quickly handle any complaints, escalations, or VIP needs.
• Supervise bar and liquor operations including inventory management, stock control, and minimizing wastage.
• Ensure strict adherence to bar service protocols, proper beverage handling, and overall service standards.
• Coordinate effectively with Kitchen, Bar, and Operations departments to guarantee timely service.
• Uphold hygiene standards, cleanliness, and compliance with Food & Beverage standard operating procedures.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members for improved service quality.
• Manage billing processes, including cash and card transactions, and prepare daily operational reports.
• Support management during peak business hours, weekends, and special events.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in food & beverage, restaurant, or bar operations.
• Prior roles such as Floor Supervisor, Senior Captain, or Bar Supervisor are preferred.
• Essential to have strong knowledge of liquor, beverages, and bar operations.
• Good grasp of food & beverage service standards and protocols.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle guests professionally.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and busy periods.
• Local candidates from Hyderabad are preferred.

Additional Information

• Position is open to male candidates only.
• Age limit of up to 35 years.
• Salary offered is between ₹20,000 and ₹25,000 per month.
• Immediate joining or within 15 days is expected.
