Restaurant Captain

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Male Restaurant Captain to join our team at Smaaash Entertainment located in Inorbit Mall, Hitech City, Hyderabad. This role requires strong guest service skills, effective floor management, and team coordination within a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹23,000

Work Schedule

• Rotational shifts
• 6 working days per week
• One weekly rotational day off

Candidate Requirements

• Must have 1 to 3 years of verified experience as a Captain or Senior Steward
• Previous work in hotels, restaurants, fine dining, casual dining, QSR, hospitality, or food and beverage sectors
• Proficiency in managing floor operations, guest interactions, ensuring high service quality, and coordinating team members
• Fluency in Telugu is mandatory; English and Hindi language skills are preferred
• Maximum age of 35 years
