Job Description

In the role of Senior Financial Controller, you will lead the development and optimization of our financial controlling system utilizing advanced technologies. You will be responsible for overseeing group-wide reporting, budgeting, and forecasting with ample scope to influence the direction of these processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Controlling & BI, CFO, and finance team to advance PAIR Finance Group's controlling system.
• Take ownership of monitoring financial performance and profitability.
• Develop and implement planning and forecasting tools.
• Assist various departments with financial controlling and planning including process optimization, customer relations, and addressing commercial inquiries.
• Create financial KPIs and conduct deviation analyses to improve transparency of costs and revenues.
• Support executive management by evaluating key indicators and finding efficiency enhancement opportunities.
• Contribute to monthly financial statements, reporting, budgets, and short- to medium-term liquidity planning.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in economics or business studies focused on accounting or finance, or equivalent commercial qualification.
• Extensive experience in financial controlling roles.
• Proven ability to design and implement reporting and controlling frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Experience utilizing Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Self-driven and proactive working style.
• Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in German is advantageous.
