Job description
Our Company Mission
At Harrison.ai, we are revolutionizing healthcare by developing AI-driven diagnostic tools designed to assist clinicians in delivering earlier and more accurate patient diagnoses, aiming to elevate care standards globally. Our bold mission is to enhance global healthcare capacity, fostering a fairer and healthier world by empowering clinicians with AI as their assistant, thus addressing the shortage of medical expertise to ensure timely, high-quality care anywhere in the world.
Role Overview
This individual contributor role within our Finance squad reports directly to the CFO and is responsible for managing comprehensive financial analysis across the group's operations spanning six regions and multiple business units. You will lead defining the finance reporting framework, ensuring consistent financial data across all entities and business lines. Our Finance team is modernizing its systems using NetSuite, Salesforce, and Databricks for reporting, and your insights will shape the future reporting architecture instead of adopting existing models.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly financial management reporting cycle, including detailed squad and entity P&L statements with actual-to-budget variance analysis and explanatory commentary.
- Develop and oversee the full fiscal year budget and rolling forecasts across multiple teams and entities aligned with the Australian fiscal calendar (July 1 – June 30).
- Track and report Contracted Annual Recurring Revenue (CARR), including new business, expansions, and churn, reconciling Salesforce opportunity data with finalized contracts while collaborating with sales teams to maximize revenue outcomes.
- Construct financial models addressing unit economics for SaaS offerings and teleradiology services, assessing pricing strategies on a per-study and per-site basis.
- Prepare board and quarterly business review materials for the CEO Office and assist investor relations through detailed financial analysis.
- Collaborate with the data team to enhance NetSuite and Databricks data pipelines to automate recurring reports, reducing dependence on manual Excel-based processes.
- Provide support towards audit processes, statutory filings, and IPO readiness, including documenting control measures and segregation of duties.
- Assist commercial teams with deal evaluations, tender pricing, business case preparations, and perform authority limit reviews managed by Legal.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, transaction services, or investment banking.
- Expertise in consolidating financials across multiple entities and currencies, including foreign exchange translation.
- Proficient in financial modeling encompassing three-statement and driver-based techniques.
- Advanced skills in SQL or Python for independent data extraction and manipulation, alongside expert Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Exceptional ability to compose clear, insightful financial commentary for executive and board-level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, or Databricks platforms.
- Knowledge of SaaS or recurring revenue metrics including ARR, net revenue retention, and cohort analysis.
- Background in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries.
- Experience in pre-IPO environments or publicly listed company reporting.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of pioneering AI healthcare technologies that positively impact patient outcomes worldwide.
- Collaborate with diverse, talented professionals across multiple continents in a culture emphasizing trust, autonomy, and teamwork.
- Work for a well-backed, growth-oriented company with significant global investment and impact.
