Key Responsibilities

- Develop holistic, tailored financial plans that assist customers in achieving their goals.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients for ongoing support and growth.
- Drive branch business growth by meeting individual and team sales objectives, ensuring positive customer experiences.
Qualifications and Skills
- A strong motivation and capability to build and maintain meaningful customer relationships.
- A strategic approach in creating personalized financial solutions covering day-to-day banking, investments, and borrowing.
- A proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets in dynamic, fast-paced environments aligned to customer objectives.
- Mandatory Mutual Funds license and completion of the Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFP) diploma.
