Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finacle Developer specializing in Loans and Customization with over six years of hands-on involvement in Finacle development. The position is based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, and requires an immediate to 30-day joining period. Candidates should be ready for prompt interviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute Finacle customizations aligned with business and technical needs.
- Utilize Finacle Scripts, Finacle Interface (FI), Integrator, and Develop Reports efficiently.
- Create, maintain, and support API integrations specifically for the Finacle Loan Module.
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the Loan Module's architecture, its lifecycle, and workflows.
- Translate business requirements into precise and effective technical solutions within Finacle.
- Investigate and resolve complex incidents and production support issues.
- Deliver Level 2 (L2) application support for smooth core banking operations.
- Conduct root cause analysis to implement long-lasting resolutions for recurring problems.
- Collaborate effectively with functional teams, Level 1 support, integration, and business units for efficient issue resolution.
- Assist in testing, deployment, and post-deployment validation of Finacle platform enhancements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 6 years of core experience in Finacle development.
- Strong proficiency in Finacle customization including Scripts, FI, Integrator, and Reports.
- Proven experience with API integration and development.
- In-depth knowledge of the Finacle Loan Module and its technical aspects.
- Demonstrated ability to provide L2 and production support with strong troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Expertise in Loans domain coupled with advanced Finacle customization experience.
- Capability to independently manage complex technical problems and production incidents efficiently.
