Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for specialized roles in D365 CE, Power Platform, .NET, and AI/Copilot positions, managing the process from requisition through sourcing, screening, interviews, and final offers, prioritizing quality of hire over quantity.
- Maintain a dynamic talent pipeline via platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and establish a reliable network of recruitment vendors, consultancies, and background verification agencies, managing their performance and agreements.
- Oversee candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding, communicating the company story persuasively and managing offer negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Anticipate and handle challenges such as counter-offers, notice period delays, and candidate drop-offs to ensure smooth transitions from accepted offers to joined employees.
- Serve as a trusted confidant for employee concerns, resolving issues early, fairly, and formally before escalating to senior management.
- Drive employee engagement, recognition, and learning programs that foster retention and encourage employee referrals.
- Conduct ongoing pulse check-ins to detect potential attrition risks and enable timely interventions.
- Implement a consistent and empathetic disciplinary process covering from initial discussions to terminations if necessary.
- Manage performance appraisals by organizing calendars, setting KRAs/KPIs, facilitating goal-setting, and collaborating with team leads on reviews, career development discussions, and retention strategies.
- Ensure fair calibration of performance ratings linked to increments and design performance improvement plans with clear goals.
- Coordinate comprehensive onboarding so new hires are operational within 30 days, ensuring readiness including identity verification, assets, and system access from day one.
- Oversee monthly HR operations: attendance, leave, payroll data input, reimbursements, tax documentation, and review cycles using Keka HRMS.
- Maintain accurate employee records, master data, document templates, and a current policy library supporting company growth.
- Produce HR MIS reports for leadership covering headcount, attrition, hiring costs, and time-to-fill metrics; manage respectful and complete exit procedures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, gratuity, professional tax, Shops & Establishments, and POSH; maintain audit-ready registers.
- Identify and resolve policy, headcount planning, and workspace issues arising during company growth to prevent operational blockers.
- Manage office administration tasks, including procurement of laptops and peripherals, maintaining the asset register, ensuring workplace readiness as the team expands.
Qualifications and Experience
- Between 5 to 8 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years within IT services or consulting environments closely involved in recruitment.
- Proven success in closing senior technical hires in competitive markets, capable of detailing significant recruitment wins.
- Experience managing recruitment vendors and HR service providers, including contractual negotiations and service level agreements.
- Working knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll processes with a thorough understanding of filing requirements and deadlines.
- Hands-on expertise managing HRMS platforms, preferably with strong experience on Keka; familiarity with Zoho People, Darwinbox, or analogous systems is beneficial.
- Possession of an MBA in Human Resources or a comparable postgraduate degree.
- Proficient English communication skills (written and spoken), capable of maintaining composure during challenging interactions and knowing when to escalate issues appropriately.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience hiring talent specialized in Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure, with knowledge of their talent pools.
- Demonstrated ability to scale HR functions effectively amid rapid headcount doubling, understanding process vulnerabilities.
- Experience utilizing AI-assisted recruitment and HR tools with informed opinions on their effectiveness.
