Job Overview

Signal Expert Global is seeking a Senior Executive for Human Resources to be based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This full-time, onsite position offers an in-hand monthly package of up to 28,000 INR.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including job advertisement, candidate sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
• Create and execute innovative hiring strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide expert recruitment guidance.
• Foster strong candidate relationships ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
• Maintain and analyze various HR records such as employee data, attendance, turnover, and performance metrics to facilitate data-driven decisions.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, onboarding processes, and overall HR communications to promote a positive workplace environment.
• Handle employee relations and HR operational tasks by responding to employee inquiries, coordinating with management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Possess at least a graduate or postgraduate degree.
• Exhibit enthusiasm, excellent communication skills in English, and persuasive abilities.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, independence, attention to detail, and responsibility as a collaborative team member.
• Showcase strong relationship management skills.
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
