Signal Expert Global is seeking a Senior Executive in Human Resources based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The position offers an in-hand salary package up to 28,000 INR per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
• Design and execute creative recruitment strategies aimed at attracting a varied and qualified talent pool.
• Partner with hiring managers to accurately assess their staffing requirements and advise on effective recruitment methods.
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with candidates to ensure an excellent recruitment experience.
• Leverage recruitment-related data and analytics to monitor metrics and enhance hiring procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Must hold at least a Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
• Should be communicative, enthusiastic, and possess innovative thinking.
• Proficient in English communication with strong persuasive abilities.
• Self-driven, detail-focused, independently motivated, and responsible, with excellent team collaboration and relationship management skills.
• Prior experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition is preferred.
