Job description
Job Overview
This role focuses on enhancing the unified system for managing social and humanitarian cases, coordinating efforts internally and externally to deliver integrated services, consolidate necessary data, and implement recommendations efficiently.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal departments and external entities to provide joint social and humanitarian services, facilitating preparation of shared agreements.
- Monitor service delivery for registered social cases by internal and external parties using the unified management system, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and optimal system utilization.
- Plan and coordinate training and professional development for case management specialists both internally and externally, evaluate training impacts, and propose improvements to the department head.
- Collect data on social and humanitarian cases in the referral management system as per guidance from the department head for analytical review by specialists.
- Track humanitarian cases received by the authority, verify approved service receipt following committee assessment, and follow up with relevant departments on benefit disbursement and service provision based on committee recommendations.
- Organize workshops and brainstorming sessions with external organizations and internal departments to ensure service provision aligns with approved processes and procedures.
- Handle incoming client complaints, develop classifications and preliminary analyses, liaise with concerned departments and external bodies to ensure responses and closure of observations.
- Engage with charitable societies and public benefit associations to provide social services complementing those offered to clients by the authority.
- Collaborate with marketing, corporate communication, IT, and digital transformation departments to raise awareness about newly implemented management systems, procedures, and participating entities.
- Gather data and documentation supporting performance indicators of the unified case management system for specialist analysis.
- Prepare periodic reports and statistics on social and humanitarian cases and submit to the Senior Development Specialist.
- Adhere strictly to the authority's information security policies and compliance controls to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the role.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field is required.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages, spoken and written, is essential.
Experience in a related field ranging from 2 to 4 years is necessary.
