Job description

Job Overview

The Resident Case Manager is responsible for comprehensive internal management of client cases, ensuring the full implementation of established service policies. This role involves coordinating closely with clients, the Housing Manager, and the call centre to maintain compliance and support execution of case plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client case implementation, applying the defined policies and services.
  • Organize and lead client meetings as needed to monitor and ensure case plan execution.
  • Collaborate with the Housing Manager to uphold discipline and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Handle coordination with the call centre post-working hours for admissions and follow-ups regarding referred cases.
  • Oversee vocational activities conducted after working hours, ensuring accurate documentation for data purposes.

Educational Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in social services or a related field is required.
