Job Overview and Responsibilities

• Lead the estimation and tendering processes proactively to support business growth.
• Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects in a timely manner.
• Examine project plans, specifications, and scope to identify project requirements thoroughly.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to develop realistic budgets and schedules.
• Source, assess, and compare subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive project costing.
• Continuously monitor and update cost estimates throughout the duration of each project.
• Contribute to value engineering efforts and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive tender submissions and assist in bid processes.
• Maintain precise records of estimates and all related project documentation.
• Engage proactively and demonstrate commercial awareness by building relationships with architects and key stakeholders to influence project decisions, involving onsite activities beyond desk work.
