Overview
A leading diversified organization active in automotive, real estate, lifestyle, and investment sectors is undertaking a major ERP transformation and seeking a Senior ERP Programme Manager to spearhead this enterprise-wide initiative.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a comprehensive ERP transformation across multiple business divisions including Automotive, Real Estate, Lifestyle & Adventures, and Holdings.
- Serve as the primary liaison connecting Finance, IT, senior business leaders, external advisors, and system integration partners to ensure cohesive programme execution.
- Own and maintain robust programme governance involving clarity on milestones, dependencies, risk assessment, budget controls, and critical deliverables tracking.
- Support executive-level decisions by delivering insightful reports, escalations, and presentation materials for Steering and Board Committees.
- Foster accountability throughout the programme by early risk identification, resolving cross-functional issues, and driving consistent delivery momentum.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience of over 12 years in managing complex, enterprise-scale transformation projects and comprehensive ERP implementations.
- Proven ability to synchronize efforts across various business units, Finance, IT departments, and external system integrators.
- Expertise in programme governance including risk and vendor management, handling dependencies, managing budgets, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields is required; a Master’s qualification is beneficial.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or MSP are preferred, along with fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be an asset.
