Role Overview
The Project Manager & Data Analyst serves as the analytical core and operational facilitator for the digital team. This position translates complex digital metrics into understandable, actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making across the company. Acting as a central coordinator for digital projects, this role connects digital initiatives with commercial business results by managing cross-functional efforts, generating executive-level reports, and ensuring data effectively drives progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee global digital project timelines in partnership with digital leadership, ensuring timely completion aligned with goals; increase transparency of quarterly and annual objectives within the department and for external stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate digital initiatives across departments including Revenue Management, Marketing, IT, and hotel operations, tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to secure on-schedule delivery.
- Serve as the primary communication link between digital teams, regional units, and commercial departments to maintain alignment on project progress and objectives.
- Produce regular digital performance updates for the Global Digital & Ecommerce teams and commercial partners, transforming data into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that visualize key digital KPIs using platforms such as LookerStudio and Datorama/Salesforce; continually enhance reporting processes for efficiency and relevance.
- Safeguard data accuracy and consistency across analytics platforms and tracking systems; identify and collaborate with technical teams to resolve data discrepancies and attribution problems.
- Provide prompt and precise responses to urgent business data requests and analytical queries.
Required Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital, project management, business intelligence, or analytics, preferably within luxury hospitality.
- Advanced expertise with analytics and reporting tools, including Google Analytics 4, Excel or Google Sheets, and data visualization solutions such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Demonstrated project management skills with strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to oversee multiple simultaneous workstreams.
- Commercial awareness and a business-oriented mindset.
- Proficient understanding of digital and e-commerce key performance indicators across multiple channels, including paid media, SEO, and web/app analytics.
