About the Role
We seek a seasoned HSE Manager with more than 18 years of professional experience in the oil and gas sector, preferably with a background in Project Management Consultancy (PMC). The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive expertise in HSE management, engineering feed and design phases, supervision of offshore contractors, compliance with regulatory frameworks, and adherence to global safety standards.

Educational and Professional Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Business, or a related discipline.
- Membership in a recognized professional organization relevant to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 18 years’ experience in total, including at least 10 years specifically in construction safety within large-scale oil, gas, or petrochemical projects.
