Overview
This position involves overseeing billing operations relating to clients and subcontractors for projects in residential construction and real estate sectors. The role is centered on the project site and requires managing all aspects of billing to ensure smooth financial transactions and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client and subcontractor billing processes including preparation, verification, and certification of bills.
- Perform detailed measurements and reconciliation related to billing items.
- Collaborate with the project and commercial teams to ensure billing is accurate and delivered on schedule.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering is required.
- Between three and eight years of relevant experience in similar billing roles within residential construction or real estate industries.
