Job description
Role Overview
We are looking to hire a seasoned leader with deep technical expertise to advance our enterprise cybersecurity operations. The successful candidate will bring hands-on skills, strong knowledge of security architecture, and strategic leadership. This position involves oversight of Security Operations Center (SOC), Incident Response, Threat Detection & Response, Identity and Access Management (IAM/PAM), Vulnerability Management, and Security Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop cybersecurity operations, including SOC, incident response, and security engineering teams.
- Design and manage enterprise security controls and monitoring systems effectively.
- Establish and mature cybersecurity strategy aligned with operational excellence.
- Handle stakeholder communications and management with professionalism.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 to 10+ years progressively responsible cybersecurity experience; technically proficient candidates with slightly fewer years will also be considered.
- Exclusive eligibility for Emirati nationals.
- Comprehensive technical background with experience in SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR platforms, IAM/PAM solutions, vulnerability management, and network security measures.
- Expertise in enterprise architecture and modern cyber defense mechanisms.
- Familiarity with frameworks and standards such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, and UAE Information Assurance Standards.
- Professional certifications like CISSP and/or CISM are preferred.
