About the Team

The ZF COE Team specializes in communicating advanced AI, ML, DL, and RL concepts to diverse audiences, including both specialists and those less technically oriented. This includes disseminating research outcomes through conferences and scholarly publications.

Role Overview

• Keep up-to-date with cutting-edge developments in algorithms, tools, and theoretical models within AI and machine learning.
• Lead innovative research to discover novel AI and ML techniques such as Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
• Analyze domain-related data to extract meaningful trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Work closely with business teams to identify operational challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Enhance and refine current AI/ML models to minimize bias and improve effectiveness, accuracy, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Apply best practices in architecture and design to ensure systems are secure, scalable, and sustainable over the long term.
• Validate model outputs to confirm their interpretability, reliability, and actionable nature for decision support.
• Communicate complex AI topics effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations and academic articles.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses over 8 years of research and development experience with a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Holds a Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; PhD is an advantage.
• Has practical experience with generative AI frameworks such as GANs, VAEs, autoregressive models, Transformer networks, LLMs, and SLMs, including fine-tuning techniques.
• Familiarity with implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for advanced AI applications.
• Basic understanding of AI accelerator chips.
• Knowledgeable in MLOps methodologies to ensure AI systems are reliable, scalable, and robust.
• Strong skills in Python programming and experience with contemporary AI frameworks.
