Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed data annotation and labeling precisely following established guidelines.
• Validate linguistic accuracy, grammar, and contextual suitability of data.
• Review and correct errors in annotated datasets ensuring high data integrity.
• Maintain consistency and quality standards over extensive data volumes.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to refine annotation methodologies.
• Offer constructive feedback to enhance annotation guidelines and processes.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years experience working with LLMs, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or voice technologies.
• Proficient in data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and optimization techniques.
• Practical expertise applying deep learning models to real business challenges, with proven deployments in production.
• Skilled in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like Alicloud or Tencent Cloud.
• Strong communication skills to understand business goals and clearly articulate analytical insights.
• Ability to produce clear, concise technical documentation.
• Holds a Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is considered an advantage.
