Job Overview

As a Senior Cyber Underwriter, you will independently analyze, evaluate, and underwrite sophisticated cyber risks. You will craft tailored and innovative insurance solutions that address the evolving challenges of the cyber market. Confidently lead contract and pricing negotiations with brokers, large clients, and other business partners. Keep abreast of key market trends and actively contribute your expertise to shaping strategic and product development for our Cyber portfolio.

Collaboration is key in this role, working closely with sales, IT, claims management, and external partners. You will also support the creation and training of underwriting guidelines while sharing your knowledge with colleagues.

Candidate Profile

• Several years of experience as a (Senior) Underwriter specializing in cyber insurance
• Strong actuarial knowledge combined with analytical skills to assess and optimize IT security measures
• Decisive and confident in handling complex risks, with excellent negotiation capabilities
• Exceptional communication skills enabling clear explanation of complex subjects
• Independent, structured, and solution-driven approach with a commitment to advancing the cyber insurance division collaboratively
• Completed higher education in law, economics, computer science, or IT security
